Our Clinical Psychologist

Jocelyn Jackson

BA (Psych, Hons); MSc (Clin Psych)

The therapeutic relationship forms the foundation of my practice, as I believe a trusting relationship with your therapist is key to discovery and change. I aim to provide an honest, warm and meaningful space for my clients, so they feel safe and motivated to work on their difficulties collaboratively.

Each presentation is unique, and I aim to tailor my therapeutic approach accordingly, whilst adhering to evidence-based practice. I am passionate about ensuring that I keep up to date with the most recent evidence for various mental health difficulties, and I have a research background in early childhood trauma and attachment.

Outside of work I love ocean swimming - there’s something invigorating about a fresh ocean swim early in the morning. I also have a little family, and we love spending time outdoors and by the sea.

We live in such a beautiful and special place, and I love giving back to my community practicing as a clinical psychologist in my hometown.
